Online Marketing Analyst, Media Buyer
Media Buyer is a critical role in our organisation. If you’re hungry to learn new things, and grow. If you are a self-started, eager to work with big numbers, very analytical and is familiar with media buying. Then this is the right role for you.
As a Media Buyer you will be assigned to massive amounts of inventory across leading advertising platforms. You should make sure your campaigns get the best start so you can solely focus on building new and expanding your running campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met while managing an ever-growing amount of campaigns
- Liaise with partners and sales reps, building long term relationships and make custom deals
- Analyze data and update team on hot opportunities and market trends
- Brainstorming with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes
- Launch new international campaigns every day
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Manage large monthly budgets
Required Skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- At least 1 year experience in digital marketing industry
- Proficient with Excel
- English writing and communication skills
- Understands tracking setups; Pixels, S2S / Postbacks
- Good understanding of advertising terminology; CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.
- Result-driven
- Accountable and disciplined
- Team worker
- Tenacious, hard-driving self-starter who will do what it takes to hit goals

Good to have skills
- Hasoffers and/or Cake tracking platform knowledge

Role & Responsibilities
- Own your Marketing Campaigns — that means carrying full responsibility for the creation, analysis and management of high-spending SEA campaigns and accounts, across markets, languages and verticals.
- Be accountable for the growth and performance of SEA accounts, for the large volume daily search budgets. Track, monitor, and optimize performance with Key Performance Indicators in mind.
- Conduct keyword, placement & market research to make additions to new and existing campaigns.
- When debating Manual Bidding vs. Target CPA, you know only one answer.
- You know how to make a point, discussing with our Chief Executive Officer.
- Be co-responsible for our Google Team strategy. Develop and implement own paid search strategies to drive user acquisition, conversions and overall efficiency.
- Help to put structures and processes in place — and own them — to go from entrepreneurial to institutionalized.
- When necessary, train and mentor the junior SEA team to get up to speed.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum profitability, while reaching ambitious Objectives and Key Results.
- Oversee own projects — from the very beginning, on your own authority and on your own budget!
- Brainstorming with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes.
- Collaborate with the Product & Content Team for Quality Score Optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing ROI-based SEA campaigns in a performance orientated company. You are able to manage multiple Google Ads Accounts (50+), targeting various GEOs
- Advanced experience in Contextual Targeting, Remarketing, Audience Targeting (Affinity Audiences, In-market audiences), Demographic Targeting and Customer Match
- Very analytical with results-oriented mindset and the ability to break down complex structures
- Excellent knowledge of technologies used in the SEA context (SEMRush, GA, Google Sheets, Google Ads, Bidding strategies, etc.)
- Deep understanding of automated bidding systems
- You know the Google Ads editor inside out
- Hard- and smart working, persistent, and reliable
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Very good English language skills
- You must be able to figure things out yourself have the attitude to find new solutions
- Very organized, disciplined and detailed oriented
- Experience with affiliation is a big advantage
